• Our designers average over 10 years each in their specific field of expertise and regularly attend seminars and trade shows in order to keep up-to-date with the most recent trends and products—see some examples.
• We make sure that all of our designs meet city codes and we obtain all necessary municipality permits.
• We are experts in project management. Our superintendents are highly qualified and many are fluent in both English and Spanish. Most have been with us since the company was founded!
• Our in-house scheduler will keep you informed of project progress, what to expect on a weekly basis and any weather delays.
• Our crew is in-house, NOT subcontractors, to allow for efficient and effective scheduling as well as total quality control.
• Rest easy—we provide a one year warranty on workmanship and have established relationship with our vendors to correct any concerns that may arise with materials or products.
